Hana Lowe

Director, Employee Experience


Hana is responsible for the oversight of the organization’s administrative services. Her responsibilities also include assisting the CEO and CFO. She also is responsible for providing guidance on how to best serve the organization through her team.

Hana’s service with United Way began in 2015. She has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. Through her tenure with United Way, she has also gained experience in multiple aspects of the organization, with Marketing and Corporate & Community Engagement being the most recent. With the exponential growth the organization has gone through in the past 5 years, Hana looks forward to continuing her career path and ensuring that her and the Administrative Service Team continue to serve United Way of Summit & Medina in the most inclusive and effective way possible.

In addition to her professional career, Hana is active in the community, serving on the Akron YMCA Early Childhood Education Board and City of Green Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. She continuously looks for opportunities to get involved throughout the community and is extremely passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Hana has found her home in Summit County along with her husband, two children and dog. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
