The Center for Immersive Leadership develops inclusive leaders who achieve collective goals for transformational change within our communities. We seek to build a coalition of leaders – in every field and in every part of our community – who will dedicate themselves to creating better opportunities for all. By building strong leaders, we can build a better future for Summit County and Medina County.
This leadership training program builds on the work of United Way of Summit & Medina and Heart to Heart Leadership, two community-oriented organizations that merged in 2024 to form The Center for Immersive Leadership. Heart to Heart Leadership and United Way of Summit & Medina have worked closely together for many years prior to merging. After recognizing their similar missions, the boards of Heart to Heart and United Way brought the organizations together to expand their reach and deepen their impact.

The Center for Immersive Leadership provides educational experiences, training in diversity, and leadership programs for individuals, teams, and workplaces. Our programs range from single-session and multi-part series to workshops and retreats.
