Day of Action

Serving our community – it’s all in a day’s work! Our annual Day of Action invites people from all around our community to roll up their sleeves and make a difference by taking on projects that let us advance our work throughout the community. From packing supply bags to building furniture, it’s fun, rewarding and family friendly.
On June 20, we will host volunteers for projects at United Way locations across our community including our Family Resource Centers and the Financial Empowerment Center. But that’s not the only day to get involved!
We’re expanding DOA to create more opportunities for deeper impact through Days of Action. Our Days of Action will be offered from June – October. Volunteer groups will be paired with agencies for projects at a time that works for you! More information coming soon.
Day of Action is free to participate. Opportunities available in Summit and Medina counties!
